Beatriz Herrera is an executive with more than 24 years of experience advising international companies in different sectors, with particular expertise in governance and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, management and administration of companies, negotiation of contracts and agreements, as well as in the integration and operation of real estate portfolios.<br>
Her ability to build and advise companies and clients in the incorporation, management and administration of companies has allowed her to optimize, restructure and increase the value of portfolios. She has worked in companies such as Seris Retail Holdings and Urbanhub Mexico, successfully managing the retail real estate portfolio of 8 developments and integrating the multifamily housing real estate portfolio with 7 projects; she also excelled professionally in the law firms Galicia Abogados and Rubio Villegas y Asociados, being in the latter responsible for the restructuring of the credit and guarantee trust for the acquisition of the McDonalds Master Franchise for $70 MDD.<br>
She has a law degree with a specialization in Commercial Law Institutions from the Universidad Panamericana, bilingual in Spanish and advanced professional English.

Verónica Pérez is an attorney with more than 17 years of experience in the real estate sector, participating in high level Corporate Projects of development and operation of Shopping Centers, Residential and Industrial Warehouses. She has excelled in the formation of real estate portfolios, from the acquisition of land for its urbanization and development, with a punctual focus on time optimization and with great capacity and effectiveness in closing real estate deals.<br>
She has worked in companies such as Gicsa, IQ Realstate, Centro Comercial Santa Fe and Artha Capital, among others, developing her legal skills, coordinating and supervising the operations of the legal projects of such companies, in real estate trust, contractual, corporate, condominium, notarial and real estate matters. A professional with effective communication, leadership, team integration, strategic thinking and orientation.<br>
She has a law degree with a specialization in commercial law from Universidad Intercontinental and a diploma from Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez Abogados.
